There is no certain answer of this how many questions.The scientists estimate that there are between 100 – 300 billion galaxies are there in the observable universe.We dont know number of galaxies because they are just so far away that their light has not had time to reach us since the beginning of the universe.The universe is expanding since the beginning of the universe, we will never see most of these galaxies ever.
